## Alaska opens first full licence path for Indigenous language teachers

Education. University of Alaska Southeast has started the inaugural MAT in Teaching Indigenous Languages, the first Alaska programme that prepares fluent speakers for full PreK-12 licensure instead of limited Type M certificates.

## Cherokee Nation launches Language Hub and Dictionary audio

Revival. Cherokee Nation Language Department and Kiwa Digital put lessons, books and Saving the Voices recordings on one hub, with 39 hours of syllabary New Testament audio in the Dictionary app.
